Total Bellas is an American reality boob tube series that aired from October five, 2016, to January 28, 2021 on East!. A spin-off of Full Divas, the series gave viewers a further look into the lives of twin sisters and professional wrestlers Brie and Nikki Bella, along with their immediate family and partners.[1]

Production [edit]

On April xx, 2016, it was appear that quondam WWE wrestlers Brie and Nikki Bella—collectively known as the Bella Twins—would be getting a spin-off evidence entitled Total Bellas. The first season premiered on October 5, 2016. The evidence revolves effectually the lives of the twins and their family.[2] Filming for the first season was set in Tampa, Florida as Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan moved in with Nikki Bella and John Cena to help Nikki after her neck surgery. Brie and Nikki'due south brother JJ and his wife Lauren had a recurring office along with their mother Kathy Colace and her at present husband John Laurinaitis.

On November sixteen, 2016, it was appear that Eastward! renewed the show for a second season. The 2d flavor premiered on September 6, 2017.[three] The second season was filmed in Phoenix, Arizona as Nikki Bella and John Cena move in with Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan to help Brie through her start pregnancy. In addition to Brie's growing baby crash-land, the new flavor will document Daniel'south travels under his new role equally Full general Managing director of WWE's SmackDown Alive.[iv]

On Jan thirty, 2018, it was announced that a third season would exist premiering in leap of 2018.[v] On Apr 5, 2018, the premiere appointment for the third season was announced, airing on May 20, 2018.[six]

On Baronial 7, 2018, Due east! and WWE announced that Total Bellas had been renewed for a fourth flavor.[7] On November 28, 2018, it was appear that the 4th season would premiere on January thirteen, 2019.[8]

On June 19, 2019, while appearing on The This night Testify Starring Jimmy Fallon, Brie and Nikki announced that the serial would return for a fifth season which premiered on April two, 2020.[9] [10]

On June 11, 2020, the series was renewed for a sixth flavour which premiered on November 12, 2020.[11] [12] [xiii]

In June 2021, Essentially Sports reported that E! had canceled Total Bellas and its sister show Full Divas, citing low ratings and a lack of involvement from those involved.[14]
